Refund Process

  • If your refund request is approved, we’ll process it within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

  • Items that are clearly marked as “final sale” or “non-refundable.”

Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before the item has been shipped. Once the order has been processed and shipped, the cancellation request will be treated as a return.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item, and place a new order for the desired item.
